Switchel is a sparkling drink with a long history, with its roots dating back to the 17^th-century American colonial era. The traditional switchel, or haymaker’s drink, is made from water mixed with vinegar, and sweetener and is often flavoured with ginger.

Sea buckthorn-raspberry-ginger Switchel is a delicious fizzy drink and a great non-alcoholic refreshing cool drink, which can also be used in cocktails. We recommend that it be used chilled.
